NIHL Week 13 Preview
10 games are in action this weekend and this is your mini preview of every single game.

Saturday 7th December:

The first game of the weekend sees the Hull Seahawks take on the Romford Raiders. The Seahawks coming off the back of a big win last weekend which ended their six loss streak. The Raiders come off the back of beating the MK Lightning 5-4 in the NIHL cup semi-final first leg. Will also be Sobchak (first) Vs Miller (second) in the top points scoring chart.

Next up is the Swindon Wildcats who take on the Solway Sharks. The Cats come into it after a big four-point weekend last weekend. The Sharks missing Mason Alderson. Glenn Billing had an excellent weekend last week with 3 goals and an assist. A win tonight for the Cats would put them up to third.

The Berkshire Bees host the Leeds Knights in Slough and last time these two sides played in Berkshire the Bees took a shock 2-1 victory. However the last couple weeks have been tough for them, Only managing to ice 11 players but they will be hoping to get some players back from injury.

The MK Lightning welcome the Bristol Pitbulls to the barn after a narrow loss during the week. The score was 6-3 the last time these two sides played in MK. Sean Norris signed for the Lightning on Thursday and is on the gamesheet ready to play tonight. 

The final game on Saturday sees the Peterborough Phantoms face the Telford Tigers. The Tigers came out on top last time these two sides met in Telford winning 5-4 but the Phantoms will look to build on their shutout victory last weekend. However the Tigers will also be looking to bounce back after getting no points last weekend. 

Sunday 8th December:

The early game on Sunday sees the Sheffield Steeldogs host the MK Lightning. This is the only game of the weekend for the Dogs who had a mixed weekend last week. They beat the Bees 8-6 on Saturday but then lost 4-0 on Sunday in Peterborough. The Dogs came out on top the last time these two sides met in Sheffield.

The Bristol Pitbulls welcome the Solway Sharks to the pound in the second of a away double header for the Scottish side. The Pitbulls come off the back of a penalty shootout win against the Hull Seahawks last weekend. Tanner Butler is on fire and leads Defenceman in scoring with 29 points.

The Romford Raiders play their third game in a week at the Sapphire and will try make it three wins in a row. Shaun Miller and Andrew Shewfelt will take some stopping with Miller getting a hat-trick on Sunday and Shewfelt getting one on Wednesday.

The Leeds Knights host the Swindon Wildcats at the Castle for the second time this season. They got a comeback victory last time out after they trailed 3-0. Kieran Brown scored four goals! The Wildcats will be looking for their third successive away win. 

The final game of the weekend sees the Telford Tigers host the Hull Seahawks. The Seahawks last away victory came over a month ago in a 4-1 win against the Bees on the 26th October. The Tigers will be looking to secure a win to keep themselves in a play off spot.
