The following penalty has been reviewed and the player is available to play in the next game (subject to the teams reviewing accumulated player personal penalty points):

Rule 41 – Boarding @28.23

The Penalty assessed at 28.23 a 5-minute Major for Boarding is correct.

Bees #19 and Knights #9 are both heading for a loose puck on the boards, #19 wins the race to the puck and he then turns slightly and is checked from the side and thrown towards the boards impacting them.

41.3. MAJOR PENALTY

The Referee, at their discretion, may assess a Major Penalty to a Player guilty of “boarding” an opponent, and who recklessly endangers the fouled Player in a way that at the discretion of the Referee such Player would not be sufficiently sanctioned by imposing a Minor Penalty

Player receives 1 penalty point and is free to play subject to accumulated penalty points.
