The player's actions do not meet the requirements of (Willing and equal combatants) within a fighting situation – the 5 Minute penalty and penalty points assessed will be removed from his playing record

The Penalty assessed meets the requirements of Rule 46.6 (retaliation) – the 5-minute penalty issued stands and 1 penalty point is added to the player’s record.
