DOPS: Three Players Outcomes
The Department of Player Safety have adjudicated and reviewed the penalties sent to them by the PINIHL Game Review Panel and confirm:

Sheffield Steeldogs #9 Thomas Barry v’s Peterborough Phantoms.

It has been agreed that the penalty assessed, a 2+5 minute Major is sufficient for the situation Rule 46

The 5-minute penalty will carry 1 penalty point and the player is free to play the next scheduled game, (subject to the team reviewing accumulated player personal penalty points)

Sheffield Steeldogs #71 Jack Brammer v’s Peterborough Phantoms.

The player was involved in a fighting situation at 16:55 v’s Peterborough Phantoms and was assessed a 2+2+5 minute aggressor and fighting for his actions.

Due to his actions on the incident the player has been assessed as both instigator and aggressor and rule 46.4 states a Player who is deemed to be both the “Aggressor” and the “Instigator/ Initiator” of an altercation shall be assessed a Minor Penalty (“Aggressor”) plus a Minor Penalty (“Instgator / Initiator”) plus a Major Penalty (“Fighting”) and an automatic Game Misconduct Penalty (2’+2’+5’+GMP).

The player is suspended for 1 game and 5 penalty points will be added to his record.

Telford Tigers #8 Jake Price v’s Solway Sharks

It has been agreed to downgrade the penalty from a 5+Game to a 5 Minute under rule 46 as the situation does not meet the requirement for fighting an unwilling combatant.(46.6)

The penalty will carry 1 penalty point and the player is free to play the next scheduled game, (subject to the teams reviewing accumulated player personal penalty points)
